Laser Hair Removal Consultation & Patch Test
Any area, for men and women of including darker skin tones. Julie, our skin and laser specialist, takes a Skintel reading, patch tests each area and gives you a plan and price.

Skin Consultation
For pigmentation, acne and scarring, redness, ageing skin, facials, peels and skin boosters. Julie uses the Observ 520x skin analyser to build your treatment and skincare plan.

Anti-Wrinkle & Dermal Filler Consultation
For lines, lip enhancement, cheek and jawline contouring, and volume loss. You will see a medical prescriber who checks your suitability and explains your options.

For CO2 laser resurfacing, scar reduction and stretch marks. Includes a patch test to check how your skin responds before your first session.

Welcome and goals
We talk about what you would like to change, what you have tried before and what matters most to you.
Health check
We go through your medical history, medication and allergies to make sure treatment is suitable.
Assessment
Your practitioner assesses your skin or treatment area. Laser consultations include a patch test on each area.
Your plan and price
You get a personalised plan with sessions, aftercare and total cost. Book there and then, or take time to think.
How to prepare for your visit
- Complete the short medical questionnaire we email you after booking.
- Bring a list of any medication or supplements you take.
- Bring photo ID: most treatments are for clients aged 18 and over.
- For skin or laser, come with clean, make-up-free skin on the area if possible.
- Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in.

Is the consultation free?
There is a consultation fee, which comes off your treatment in full when you go ahead with us.
Do I have to book treatment afterwards?
No, there is no obligation. Many clients like to take their plan home and think it over first.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Sometimes. It depends on the treatment, your suitability and whether a patch test is needed. For injectables we may recommend some time to think first.
How long does a consultation take?
Your booking confirmation shows the length. A laser hair removal consultation and patch test takes about 30 minutes.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.
What if I need to change my appointment?
You can rearrange online or by phone. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
